Professional Services Disclaimer
Frontline EHS provides safety documentation templates and customized safety program documents for electrical subcontractors. All documents are prepared by a certified safety professional (ASP, CHMM) and are designed to assist clients in meeting common OSHA compliance documentation requirements.
No Guarantee of Compliance or Approval
While all documents are written to reflect current OSHA standards and common general contractor requirements, Frontline EHS does not guarantee that documents will be accepted by any specific general contractor, building owner, or regulatory agency. Requirements vary by project, jurisdiction, and client. Clients are responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy specific to their project and location.
Not a Substitute for On-Site Safety Management
Documentation services provided by Frontline EHS are not a substitute for qualified on-site safety personnel, ongoing safety management, or professional safety consulting services tailored to specific site conditions. Documents serve as a starting framework and must be implemented and maintained by the client.
Electrical Safety Documentation System — $499
The Electrical Safety Documentation System includes eight company-branded safety documents and twelve electrical-specific toolbox talks, delivered within 3 business days of completed intake. Rush delivery (2 business day turnaround) is available for $649 total. Documents are delivered as PDFs via email.
Scope of Documentation Services
Documents provided by Frontline EHS support OSHA compliance and general inspection readiness. They do not replace NFPA 70E arc flash incident energy analysis, licensed electrical engineering studies, or any project-specific hazard assessment requiring a licensed professional engineer or certified arc flash specialist. Clients requiring engineering analysis should engage a qualified licensed professional for those services.
Monthly Compliance Retainer — $99/month
The $99/month retainer provides ongoing safety documentation support for clients who have purchased the Electrical Safety Documentation System. Retainer services are month-to-month with no contract required.
What the Retainer Includes
- 4 new toolbox talks per month — delivered via email as Word and PDF files
- Document updates — when OSHA issues changes to standards covered by your documentation system, your documents are updated at no additional charge
- Quarterly compliance check-in — Kevin reviews your OSHA Inspection Checklist and provides email feedback on gaps or action items (once per quarter)
- Priority JHA turnaround — one new Job Hazard Analysis per month at priority 2-business-day delivery (standard is 3 business days)
- Minor document revisions — up to 2 revisions per month (e.g., adding a new project location, updating employee names)
- Compliance questions — up to 3 questions per month via email or text message. Compliance questions are limited to OSHA documentation, written program requirements, and safety management practices. Questions requiring electrical engineering knowledge or site-specific hazard analysis are outside the scope of this retainer.
What the Retainer Does Not Include
- On-site visits, field safety management, or jobsite inspections
- Phone or video consultations
- Unlimited document requests, major rewrites, or new program development beyond the scope above
- Arc flash engineering analysis, incident energy calculations, or NFPA 70E engineering work
- OSHA citations, legal representation, or regulatory defense
- Certified instructor-led training or issuance of training records
- Workers' compensation or insurance services
Cancellation
Retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice sent to [email protected]. The retainer requires an active Electrical Safety Documentation System purchase. Retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Fair Use
The retainer is designed for small electrical subcontractors (under 50 employees) with typical compliance documentation needs. Requests significantly exceeding the scope above will be quoted separately. Kevin will communicate proactively if usage approaches or exceeds retainer scope.
Limitation of Liability
Frontline EHS and its owner shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, citations, project delays, or other damages arising from the use or non-use of documents provided. Clients assume full responsibility for the implementation of all safety programs and procedures on their job sites.
